Do you offer cut stems for bouquets or floral arrangements?
We partner with a premier floral importer to source exquisite cut stems for bouquets, floral arrangements, centerpieces, installations, etc. This ensures a seamless and cohesive aesthetic throughout your entire event, from the ceremony accents to the bridal party florals.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals last for 24 hours. The delivery and pickup times will be confirmed with clients in order to accommodate a seamless event. If the event will last longer than 24 hours, clients can purchase an extended rental period.
How do you conceal the plant pots? Will they be visible?
We conceal the plant pots using decorative décor, including: pots, planters, baskets, wall structures, and stones. These are available in different colors and styles to emulate your event vision. If you are looking for décor that we do not currently have available, please contact us and we will do our best to source it for your event.
How do I book Posy for my event date?

Do I need to pick up the flowers and return them?
Posy is a full-service rental company. This means we manage the delivery of all florals and necessary décor, manage event set-up, and complete the return of all florals and décor so you can fully enjoy your special day.
Can I book specific flowers or plants for my event?
Our team will work directly with clients to manage requests for specific flowers. Since Posy primarily works with seasonal blooms, we cannot guarantee that a specific flower will be in bloom on your event date. We work with clients to create a color pallet and plan tentative flowers and/or plants that will be used. These will be confirmed before the event date based on what is in full bloom.
Do décor rentals cost extra?
The necessary décor to conceal plant pots is provided free of charge as a complimentary service.
What types of floral displays does Posy offer?
Posy offers live flower walls, floral arches, aisle liners, floral accent décor, trees, centerpieces, table runners, bouquets, boutonnieres, installations, and floral arrangements. All flowers and plants included in the displays can be catered to your preferences and needs.

Is there a minimum rate?
Our minimum rate is $3,000 before tax, which allows us to bring your custom event vision to life with full-service design and support tailored to your preferences.
